FITNESS PROGRAMMING*

Designed for those that want to dedicate time to a particular fitness goal in areas of endurance training, strength training, and/or skill development.

  • Initial Appointment - 15-30 minutes

    • Assessment of current ability

    • Set specific goals

    • Develop a personalized program

  • Two check-ins per month - 10-15 minutes

    • Goal-meeting progress

    • Address any challenges

    • Receive recommended action steps

HEALTH COACHING*

One-on-one consulting service in which a coach provides support to help you achieve your health goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, create healthy habits, or improve movement, the coach will create a program tailored to your needs and provide you with the advice and accountability that you need to succeed.

  • Initial Appointment - 15-30 minutes

    • Assessment of health history and lifestyle

    • Set specific goals

    • Develop a personalized program

  • Two check-ins per month - 10-15 minutes

    • Goal-meeting progress

    • Address any challenges

    • Receive recommended action steps

FITNESS ASSESSMENT

We will perform a series of mobility and/or fitness tests based on your goals to identify your strengths and weaknesses and help set attainable health and fitness goals.

  • Height / Weight / Body composition

  • Vertical and Horizontal Jump Testing

  • Sports timing (40-yard dash, Pro-agility test, etc)

  • Mobility Testing / Movement Assessment

  • Cardiovascular Testing (55+)

  • Strength Testing

 

* Must be an active member of one of our fitness classes or be enrolled in a personal training program
